DESCRIPTION:  \n \nJoin us at the annual Walk to Remember\, raising much needed funds for Alzheimer’s WA and the wonderful work that they do. \nAs the leading cause of death for women in Australia and the second leading cause for men\, we all know someone who has been affected by dementia. \nThe Alzheimer’s WA Walk to Remember is the premier fundraising event in Western Australia supporting people living with dementia. Now in its 9th year (in the current format) the Walk to Remember has raised over $300\,000 for direct care\, research and training. \nBy walking to remember those we’ve loved and lost\, we can help ensure those who are currently living with dementia never have to walk alone. \nChoose between a 1km\, 3km or 5km walk\, followed by entertainment\, food and beverage vans and family activities.
