The app is available for purchase under subscription in online game stores for your device. You can also download the app directly from our website via Stripe.

You simply request a password reset through the app and can choose a new secure password, hopefully one that is easier to remember.

The app has been designed to work with the latest Android, Windows and Apple operating system versions. If you are having trouble opening or installing the app on your device, please send us a support query.

Yes, the Numero App can be played on Android, Windows and Apple.

After selecting the multiplayer option, you will then select the level of game you wish to play. The system will then connect you with someone else who wants to play at the same level or within one level either side of your preference. You can also choose to play a particular person by selecting that option and messaging it to your specific online opponent. They simply enter that code and your game will commence.

All issues of this nature can be sent directly to [email protected]. You will receive a response within 48 hours respective of weekends and public holidays, although the more information you provide, the more it may speed up this response time.
